The lobby and rooms contain hand painted furniture that was originally provided by Ernest Stringer. Mr. Stringer also planted the "Twin Pines" in front of the lodge. Some of the cabins were built by Mr. Stringer and provide the same warm, cozy atmosphere that is also experienced in the lodge.
