Our "Official" Comments:
We decided to stay at Twin Pines after looking at their web site, but nothing prepared us for our week of heaven in the Trout Creek cabin. The lodge and cabins are listed on the Histoic Register, and we were a little worried that everything would be old and barely working. mike and Debbie have preserved the historic character while updating and renovating and creating a special and inviting atmosphere. If you're used to staying in chain motels, you'll really appreciate the personal touches. Our cabin even had a porch where we often ate lunch. Mike and Debbie are perfect hosts; their warmth and freindship made us feel like welcome friends, not paying guests, and they are providing this splendor at a very reasonable price. we take extended vacations every summer, and twin Pines is our now all-time favorite place to stay.

To just pass through Dubois, Wyoming is a great mistake. Stop and spend at least three days here. If given half a chance, the town will capture your heart. Mike, the owner of Twin Pines, made our stay very special. Getting to know him and Kavik made me feel like instant locals.
We've been staying at the Twin Pines since 1988. It is great to see it coming back to life! As a history teacher, I hate to see us lose part of our heritage from neglect. We come and stay as often as we can. Thanks for the hospitality! Terrific as usual. All the hard work is paying off – looks great!

Thank you Mike and Debbie for such a great place to stay. I had a wonderful time here and really felt at home. I highly recommend this place, as it is very comfortable, affordable luxury in a lodge. I will definitely be back in the future and you have me now for a regular customer at least once per year!

Twin Pines, beautiful, what Dubois should be about. This beautiful, historic place is immaculate and very well maintained. It is loved by its owners and us original Dubois people. Very friendly and hospitable.

These cabins are the best we have stayed in. The décor and furnishings are lovely. The quilt is beautiful and I've decided to make my own! We would love to visit the area again in the future. Dubois and the Twin Pines Lodge offer an exceptional destination.
Gale and John from England
We rented the whole place for the weekend for our family reunion, which worked out perfectly. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the management pleasant and helpful, and the grass area is a great gathering place. Couldn't have been better!

We had a great time here. Everyone at the Twin Pines Lodge has been very friendly and helpful. We loved the hominess of the cabin – especially the porch. My husband and I sat outside and enjoyed the rain on Friday night. I would recommend the lodge to my friends and anyone passing through. We loved staying here, thank you for everything, we had a wonderful stay!

Thanks for being so warm, gracious and having such a clean, comfortable “home away from home”. You are among the treasured people – I'd carry your flag in any parade!
Geri from Casper
Dubois lived up to all my expectations. The Twin Pines exceeded them. I can't wait to return!
Jeannine from Maryland
The owners of the lodge were very friendly. The rates were great. In Philly this would have been $125 a night with free insults! We will return again. This place almost seems like it is another world, very peaceful.

Thank you so much for this wonderful surprise! We were passing through town and decided to stay the night and after stopping to chat. The atmosphere and home style touches - big fluffy colored towels, hot chocolate, fancy tea, a kettle, great shower, free videos....This was such a treat!!!
Jim and Deana from Southern California
We travel a lot, and so we stay in a lot of rooms and cabins, and I must say this cabin is very very special. The showerhead is great. It was fun watching videos on the VCR. The gas stove is warm and wonderful. We loved the honey shampoo! John enjoyed the coffee and tea. The bed is comfortable. The décor is warm and cozy. All of this is a wonderful spot. Thanks for all the extra touches. You've made us feel special.
